2 Eligibility & Account Registration
To create an account on the 23bd9 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

- Each individual may operate only one account.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
- Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
For account verification, 23bd9 may request identity documents or proof of age at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before requesting a withdrawal. The account used for the withdrawal request must be registered in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes — however, additional verification may be required in certain cases.

Welcome Bonus Details
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap), giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposited amount).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules regarding betting and gaming on 23bd9 apply to all users:
- Sufficient balance must be available in the account before placing any bet.
- Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however the support team may be contacted in special circumstances.
- If any bet is affected by a technical error, 23bd9 reserves the right to void that bet.
- In sports betting, any bet placed after a market has closed will be considered void.
- 23bd9 will not be liable for issues caused by software errors or disconnections.
- The individual terms and conditions of game providers may also apply.

Prohibited Activities & Liability Limitations
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23bd9 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and winnings may be cancelled:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
- Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses improperly through multiple accounts or other methods.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
- Using automated bots or software to operate games or betting.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
- Operating an account using a false identity or documents.
- Any form of cyber attack or hacking attempt against the platform.
7 Limitation of Liability
23bd9 and its affiliates accept no liability for the following:
- Any loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account.
- Any loss arising from the user's own negligence or mistake.
- Temporary unavailability of the platform or disruptions during maintenance.
- Delays or interruptions in the services of third-party payment providers.

Account Closure & Changes

23bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user's account in the following circumstances:

- Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
- At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).
- Prolonged account inactivity.
